The DIAA firm office, born from the renovation of a residential space attached to an old disused production activity. It is part of two twin apartments that exploit the double height of the existing spaces to their full potential, with the formation of mezzanine sleeping areas, functional and comfortable environments. The mezzanine host the executive office, meeting room at the entrance and a second operational area room after the stair. All the new internal partitions are made of plasterboard while the perimeter walls, once plastered, have been restored to their original shape with exposed brick. The contrast between the formal purity of the new intervention and the material irregularity of the brick generates a living and working space that is aesthetically enjoyable and functional at the same time.

Lo studio DIAA che nasce dalla ristrutturazione di uno spazio residenziale annesso ad una vecchia attività produttiva in disuso. Fa parte di due appartamenti gemelli che sfruttano la doppia altezza degli spazi esistenti in tutta la loro potenzialità, con la formazione delle zone notte soppalcate, ambienti funzionali e confortevoli. Qui il soppalco è ufficio direzionale, ingresso sala riunioni e seconda stanza zona operativa. Tutte le nuove partizioni interne sono in cartongesso mentre i muri perimetrali, un tempo intonacati sono stati riportati all'originale forma con mattone a vista. Il contrasto tra la purezza formale del nuovo intervento e l'irregolarità materica del mattone genera uno spazio abitativo e lavorativo godibili dal punto di vista estetico e funzionali allo stesso tempo.
