BRN Bike Cafe – Italy
EN – New BRN headquarters in Forlimpopoli. Logistic hub and offices in a prefabricated industrial warehouse immersed in a park dedicated to bicycles, the core business of the client company. The intervention saw numerous professional figures as protagonists, whom we coordinated in all phases of the project, to guarantee spatial uniformity to the intervention and ensure that the different declinations of the project went towards the same final goal. The intervention is mainly characterized by three elements. The warehouse, covered with panels finished with Carrara marble grit in which two geometric elements covered in allucobond panels, a large entrance portal and a thirty-meter covered terrace overlooking the park have been inserted. The restaurant bar, designed with a view to service to the employees of the company but also as a meeting place for cyclists who frequent the park. The park, with its cyclists' square and tracks, for the little ones who try their first rides and for the grown-ups.
IT – Nuova sede di BRN a Forlimpopoli. Polo logistico e uffici in un capannone industriale prefabbricato immerso all'interno di un parco dedicato alla bicicletta, core business dell'azienda committente. L'intervento ha visto come protagonisti numerose figure professionali, che abbiamo coordinato in tutte le fasi di progetto, per garantire all'intervento un'uniformità spaziale e far si che le diverse declinazioni del progetto andassero verso lo stesso obbiettivo finale. L'intervento è connotato principalmente da tre elementi. Il capannone, rivestito con pannelli finiti con graniglia di marmo di carrara in cui sono stati inseriti due elementi geometrici rivestiti in pannelli di allucobond, un grosso portale d'ingresso e una loggia coperta di trenta metri che si affaccia sul parco. Il bar ristorante, pensato con un ottica di servizio ai dipendenti dell'azienda ma anche come luogo aggregativo per i ciclisti che frequentano il parco. Il parco, con la sua piazza dei ciclisti e le piste, per i piccoli che provano le prime sgambate e per i grandi.
